Decorating With a Touch of Green

Hello Homeowners, It's Green Tuesday!
Green for me represents nature, fertility and safety. You must have noticed my love relationship with the colour. Obviously, there is a touch of it on my blog and I plan to have my baby's nursery in green. You can read my post on colour psychology here and a green paint makeover i did for my hallway here. That's how much i love Green!
How about incorporating greenery into your home with any of these decor ideas and inspiration:

N.B: I am currently working on a decor project (which inspired this post) and suggested a green and grey colour scheme for my client. Well, she is yet to assimilate the beauty that green brings into the home and until then.....

Is Green a colour you may want to incorporate in your decor?

@Nkem, green looks lovely on pix, dunno aw it will feel to actually have it on the walls or blinds.

I think I refer the 'green' colour in movable items where I can move away when I become bored.

Colours are beautiful anyways!

Don't you like it on my walls? (a part of the living room and dinning? Oh! even the hallway)
Well, you know i am here to please my client (you) *wink*

A touch of green is it for me... Green is one of my favourite colours. Little wonder why Green dominates my blog ( Egwumba’s Blog ). I love green for the richness, freshness and sense of life it represents.

As for interior decors, green may not dominate, but a touch of green here and there creates the magic for me.

Cheers!

Oh I love green. It's a recent love. And when I realized the love I wondered why it took me so long to see it.
As a decor colour, I would like it as part of the movable pieces or one wall.

Nkem Offonabo said...

Hey, I think an off-white will be better than cream if you need to combine

Ah! The third photograph of the bedroom in a lemon green hue made me feel peace within my soul. I imagined myself tucked into that bed with a good book and white chocolate. Lol

Green is a refreshing shade. Lovely post!
